Wish Steakhouse: Premier Steakhouse Dining in Weston, WI with Exceptional Steaks & Decadent Desserts

It's hard to even know where to start. The whole evening was amazing. We were early for our reservation and to our surprise they seated us immediately. Every course came out quickly and perfectly timed. We never waited which was awesome. The pork belly is divine. The best pork belly I think I've ever had. The pickles with it were okay,but I would have been just happy with the plain pork belly. It was so good. Every course was more perfect than the last. My only complaint of the whole evening in fact was that my steak was extremely salty. I couldn't finish an otherwise absolutely perfect steak,but the rest of the food was perfectly seasoned. Maybe the chef dropped the salt shaker or something because they sure knocked everything else out of the park. They must have a very talented pastry chef because the deserts were just amazing. The key lime pie is sweet and tangy and the chocolate cake is absolute perfection. It was better than my grandma made(sorry grandma)and that's a difficult achievement. Service was excellent and our waitress knew just when to pop in. The restaurant was nice and clean and the ambiance was great. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back for more date nights in the future! 10 out of 10.

Yesterday, my husband made my 40th birthday one to remember with the help from the staff at Wish Steakhouse. They had our table waiting with flowers he had ordered, a beautiful sign, and the table was candle lit. Our server Beca went above and beyond, helping in every way possible. She even sang Happy Birthday to me with my husband. If ever in the area and want a perfect steak, one that melts in your mouth, with a perfectly char on the outside, this is it. Not to mention the ambiance and attention to detail from every aspect and every employee. If interested in a nice dinner, company event, or celebrating a milestone, this is a wonderful place to cherish that memory.

This place does not get the recognition it deserves. I’ve been here maybe 4 times and each visit is excellent. They are a true steakhouse with a fine selection of high quality steaks. The filet mignon ties for the best steak I’ve ever had. We celebrated our anniversary here this past week and enjoyed all of the dishes and drinks. If you want a high end steakhouse for an honestly reasonable price, Wish is a great place. Also, look at the cake. Slices the size of my head and truly divine Raspberry Grapefruit Pilsner from Fifth Ward House margarita (not pictured, Tyler loved) Smoked salmon dip appetizer House salad (French dressing is excellent) Shrimp Caesar salad Ribeye with mashed potatoes Chocolate layer cake Red velvet cheesecake

Most amazing food ever! Little pricey but so worth it. I will definitely go back! My waiter/bartender was the best. You know he enjoys his job. He just bragged constantly about the owner the other staff etc.... He made the experience even better.

The experience here is perfect. The staff are very friendly, respectful and professional. The food is also perfect here. I have been here twice and both times have been nothing but perfect. Our drinks were always full as well. The servers do a fantastic job here. Some people may say the food is pricey, but the food is so delicious and the s3rving amount justifies the price. I highly recommend this place, especially if you want steak better than Texas Roadhouse. hah hah

This place had a great atmosphere and the food was great. We went on a Saturday and I had the ribs. BEST RIBS EVER! This place is pretty pricey but if you are going for a special occasion, order one of the specials, and like a meal worth your money then this place definitely is one you want to try. Remember: you get what you pay for. We went in a group and had to make a reservation.

Rebecca took care of our table, she is super attentive, polite and kind. She made sure that our plates were at our satisfaction. We enjoyed dinning at Wish. We recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed. We had some delicious calamari, ribs, roasted cauliflower, chopped salad. Everything was well prepared and delicious.

The food was great! What was great: truffle fries, Picanha with chimichurri aioli (butchers cut), cheese curds. What needs improvement: The roasted vegetables with maple glaze - needed to be roasted a little longer and it could have used a bit more glaze. The crab mushrooms had a watery taste, but had good flavor nonetheless. Our waiter, Kyle, is a great personality. Shoutout to that man. Will be coming back
